Who is "Swaff"
My name is Brandon Swafford, and my friends, colleagues, and clients call me “Swaff!” In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf and guitar, riding bikes with my beautiful wife (who is also an excellent REALTOR!), serving at our church, and producing music. I am a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Design Engineering and Marketing.
As a West Georgia native who enjoys meeting and helping people, my main goal as a Realtor is to look out for my clients’ best interest and make sure they are:
- Protected
- Educated
- Getting the best deal possible
Buying or Selling a Home can be an overwhelming set of tasks. It’s my job to make the entire process be as simple and easy as possible for my clients! When we sign contracts, I want people to know what they are signing. When we apply for financing, I want people to understand how their loans will work. When we get to closing, I want people to understand the numbers and feel excited about their deal.
Whether you’re moving to the area from afar or have been a life-long native, I will be happy to help you. I have experience on both sides of the closing table. In representing Sellers, I use all of the latest tools to market the homes to a very high level of quality- photos, billboards, videos, flyers, open houses and more. When representing Buyers, my goal is to help clients move on homes before they go under contract and also use my networks to offer “pocket listings” to my clients before the homes ever even show up online.
At the end of the day, I hold myself to a high standard of integrity, honesty, and loyalty. Whether it’s recommending restaurants, providing a list of churches you could attend or letting you know about an upcoming concert, I would love to be your exclusive agent and see you around town once you become a part of this great community.
